闭环供应链包括正向供应链和逆向供应链两个环节,闭环供应链通过两个环节的相互衔接,可实现物料的多次循环,极大地减少社会生产对原材料、能源的需求,减少废弃物的排放,有利于环境保护。闭环供应链因其巨大的正外部性,受到了国内外的广泛关注。其中,物料恒定辨识是闭环供应链信息共享的前提。鉴于此,文章建立了包括物料编码、物料信息平台、信息读写三个组成部分的闭环供应链物料恒定辨识体系。该信息平台的建立和运行必须解决两个关键性问题:一是闭环供应链甚至跨闭环供应链的产品,物料编码标准体系构建问题,二是闭环供应链间信任机制与数据准确性保障机制建立问题。
閉環供應鏈包括正嚮供應鏈和逆嚮供應鏈兩箇環節,閉環供應鏈通過兩箇環節的相互銜接,可實現物料的多次循環,極大地減少社會生產對原材料、能源的需求,減少廢棄物的排放,有利于環境保護。閉環供應鏈因其巨大的正外部性,受到瞭國內外的廣汎關註。其中,物料恆定辨識是閉環供應鏈信息共享的前提。鑒于此,文章建立瞭包括物料編碼、物料信息平檯、信息讀寫三箇組成部分的閉環供應鏈物料恆定辨識體繫。該信息平檯的建立和運行必鬚解決兩箇關鍵性問題:一是閉環供應鏈甚至跨閉環供應鏈的產品,物料編碼標準體繫構建問題,二是閉環供應鏈間信任機製與數據準確性保障機製建立問題。

Forward supply chain and reverse supply chain are included in the closed-loop supply chain: with the linkage of forward and reverse supply chain, the multi-times reuse of material can be realized, which will in turn reduce the demand for raw material and energy in social production and reduce the emission of wastes which will be beneficial for environmental protection. Because of the significant positive externality, the closed-loop supply chain attracts the extensive attention both at home and abroad. Material constant identification is the premise of closed-loop supply chain information sharing. For that reason, a material constant identification system of closed-loop supply chain including material code, material information platform and information output/input is proposed. There are two key issues have to be solved before we build and apply this information platform. The first is how to build the standard system for product/material coding for the closed-loop or cross- closed-loop supply chain; the second is how to develop the trust mechanism among the closed-loop supply chains and the guaranteeing mechanism of data accuracy.
