采用问卷调查并利用Logistic回归（M-Logit）模型分析无地农民土地调整意愿,以探讨实施土地承包权长期化的村组中,新增人口的土地承包权问题。社区人口变化被认为是土地调整普遍存在的主要原因,但文章研究发现,外出打工和家庭继承成为农户土地的替代手段,农民土地调整意愿不但没有增加,反而下降,人口增长并没有引起土地调整,土地调整不再是无地农民获得土地的预期途径。逐步发展、健全土地的替代制度,降低无地农民的土地调整意愿,新增无地人口给予村组土地重新调整的压力将逐步减缓。

Purpose of research： In the implementation of land contract right long-term schiscosomiasis,How to solve the problem of l new population’s contract right in the village of implementation of long-term land contract right long-term.Research methods： questionnaire investigation and by using logistic regression analysis willingness to landless peasants.Community population change is considered to be the main cause of land adjustment.This article found that non-agricultural employment and family inheritance become farmers land of alternative means,farmers’ land adjustment will not only increase,but drops,growth population did not cause the land to adjust;Land adjustment is no longer an expected way for landless peasants to obtain land.The results show that land replacement system can reduce the landless farmers’ land adjustment willingness gradually.The stress of new landless population give the village land readjustment will gradually slow down.
