从质量链管理视角研究了大型复杂项目多个参建方情况下的质量管理问题。通过对比供应链质量管理和质量链管理的差异，给出宏观质量链的定义与概念，论证工程建设项目引入质量链管理的必要性。阐述了质量链的构建方法与运行机理，提出了工程建设项目质量层级分解方法，总结了各层级的质量关键链。进而研究了大型复杂项目质量层级协同优化理论，分析了宏观质量能力协同要素，提出质量链质量能力协同优化概念模型，并指出了宏观质量管理措施。

This paper studies the quality chain management of large complex projects from a new perspective of quality man- agement. It firstly defines the macro quality chain comparing with the quality management of supply chain and the quality chain management which demonstrated the feasibility of introducing the quality chain management into projects construction management. The quality management and optimization methods are stated from the quality chain perspective and the quality cooperation theory of large complex projects which is classified as five important levels that have their own controlling points is researched to propose the optimizing concept model of quality ability and analyze the main factors of quality ability cooper- ation. At last, the optimization methods are concluded to give some management measures.
