科技与文化的融合就是文化活动与科学研究的相互影响和相互作用。科技与文化融合成果的产生、发展、保护皆离不开知识产权。在我国社会主义文化大繁荣、大发展的背景下，要推进科技与文化融合的进程，完善的知识产权制度是关键，应通过知识产权制度的变革，扩张知识产权的保护范围、加大侵权行为的惩戒力度，为科技与文化融合这个新兴交叉产业的发展保驾护航。
科技與文化的融閤就是文化活動與科學研究的相互影響和相互作用。科技與文化融閤成果的產生、髮展、保護皆離不開知識產權。在我國社會主義文化大繁榮、大髮展的揹景下，要推進科技與文化融閤的進程，完善的知識產權製度是關鍵，應通過知識產權製度的變革，擴張知識產權的保護範圍、加大侵權行為的懲戒力度，為科技與文化融閤這箇新興交扠產業的髮展保駕護航。
과기여문화적융합취시문화활동여과학연구적상호영향화상호작용。과기여문화융합성과적산생、발전、보호개리불개지식산권。재아국사회주의문화대번영、대발전적배경하，요추진과기여문화융합적진정，완선적지식산권제도시관건，응통과지식산권제도적변혁，확장지식산권적보호범위、가대침권행위적징계력도，위과기여문화융합저개신흥교차산업적발전보가호항。
The integration of technology and culture means the mutual influence and interactions be-tween the cultural activities and scientific research. In the context of the grand prosperity and develop-ment of China＇ s socialist cultures, the production, development and protection of the products from such integrations are closely related to the intellectual property rights system, the perfection of which is essential for the progression of such integrations. Therefore, with the reformation in the intellectual property rights system, drastic measures shou[d be taken to broaden the scope of the protection of the intellectual property, and toughen the punishment upon the violations so as to ensure a healthy devel- opment of the new cross-industrial enterprise.
