西藏城镇化过程中被征地农牧民的安置补偿问题是一个很重要的问题，它关系到西藏城镇化的进程及和谐社会的构建。当前西藏城镇化中被征地农牧民安置补偿存在以下问题：安置补偿较为单一，无法形成长效机制；自主创业、自谋职业意识淡薄；住房安置导致隐性失业状态；社会保障观念淡薄，思想观念较陈旧。建立和完善土地补偿机制、就业服务体系、被征地农牧民社会保障制度等，以确保被征地农牧民的安置得到妥善解决，对推进西藏可持续城镇化的进程及和谐稳定的社会具有重要意义。

The resettlement compensation for landless peasants in the process of urbanization is a very important issue, which is concerned with the processing of urbanization and the construction of a harmonious society in Tibet. There exist the following problems about the resettlement compensation in the current Tibetan urbanization： resettlement compensation is relatively single, unable to form a long- term mechanism; the intention of self-employment on the part of peasants is weak; the concept of social security is weak and people＇s ideology is obsolete, etc. It is significant for the promotion of sustainable urbanization of Tibet and the construction of harmonious society in Tibet to set up and improve the land compensation mechanism, the employment service system, landless peasants social security system, etc. so as to ensure that the resettlement of landless peasants will be properly solved.
