从认知语言学的角度，对比分析英、汉颜色词“黑”和“白”的概念隐喻。研究结果表明，“黑”的概念隐喻在英、汉语中的分布大同小异，相比之下，汉语中“黑”的隐喻更丰富，投射范围更广；英、汉语中“白”的隐喻投射相差甚远，英语中“白”的隐喻多是正面、积极的，但在汉语中其隐喻义多是消极的。反映了英、汉两族人民使用“黑”与“白”认识世界的同一性与差异性。
종인지어언학적각도，대비분석영、한안색사“흑”화“백”적개념은유。연구결과표명，“흑”적개념은유재영、한어중적분포대동소이，상비지하，한어중“흑”적은유경봉부，투사범위경엄；영、한어중“백”적은유투사상차심원，영어중“백”적은유다시정면、적겁적，단재한어중기은유의다시소겁적。반영료영、한량족인민사용“흑”여“백”인식세계적동일성여차이성。
The study analyzes the conceptual metaphor of two color words ＂black and white＂ in both Chinese and English from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. The result indicates that the conceptual metaphors of black are more or less the same in Chinese and English. Comparatively, black enjoys more metaphorical meaning and a wider range of projection in Chinese. However, the conceptual metaphors of white are of great difference in the two languages, In English the metaphorical meanings of white are positive while most of them are negative in Chinese. It reflects the commonalities and difference between the two peoples in conceptualizing the world.
