高校思想政治理论课教学实效性的制约因素有教师、学生、教学内容、教学方法与手段、教学管理等五个。必须正确把握每个因素的地位、作用及其相互关系。要提高思想政治理论课的教学实效性就必须充分发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,提升教学内容的时代性、针对性、实践性和教学方法、手段的开放性、创新性,加强教学的科学管理。

The restricting factors in the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course teaching in colleges and universities include teachers,students,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching management.Correct understanding is needed to each factor’s function and their mutual relations.In order to improve the effectiveness,teachers should play the leading role and students the main role,the teaching contents should be up-dated,appropriate and practical,the teaching methods should be open and innovative,while the teaching management should be scientific.
