In the 21st century,the growth of the Internet online entrepreneurship becomes popular among graduates.More and more graduates venture into online entrepreneurship as a result of the increasing employment pressure.Online entrepreneurship with many advantages particularly appeals to them.However,along with its potential business opportunities there are a number of problems.The graduates meet with perplex in the aspects of legal,moral and social environment.Therefore,it is urgently important to help graduates to position themselves correctly and provide them with practical suggestions so as to promote success in online entrepreneurship.
