从传播学的角度考察少数民族大学生的思想政治教育活动,在分析传播实践的过程模式与要素构拟的基础上,提出了传播活动需要把握的两重维度：传播主客体的既定静态因素与生成动态因素。要在把握少数民族大学生文化心理因素特点的前提下,把握传播的基本原则,同时注重传播实践中的传播技巧运用,以期提高思想政治教育传播的针对性和有效性。
從傳播學的角度攷察少數民族大學生的思想政治教育活動,在分析傳播實踐的過程模式與要素構擬的基礎上,提齣瞭傳播活動需要把握的兩重維度：傳播主客體的既定靜態因素與生成動態因素。要在把握少數民族大學生文化心理因素特點的前提下,把握傳播的基本原則,同時註重傳播實踐中的傳播技巧運用,以期提高思想政治教育傳播的針對性和有效性。

This essay is aimed at analyzing ideological and political education for minority university students from the perspective of communicative theory.On the basis of analyzing the process mode and element combination in communication,this paper discusses two dimensions which are the established static element and the generated dynamic one of both the subject and object of communication.In order to improve pertinence and efficiency of ideological and political education communication,it is necessary to stick to the principle of grasping cultural and psychological features of minority university students and pay attention to promulgation skills in communication practice.
