通过查阅资料,设计中国足协U-17队伍教练员现状问卷调查表,对U-17队伍教练员的年龄、学历、专业受训年限等基本信息和教练员的知识结构、培训情况,以及配置状况进行分析。结论显示:中国足协U-17队伍教练员的年龄结构合理,都有过专业运动员的经历,部分教练员曾经达到过较高的运动水平,并且大多数教练员的培训状况良好;但是,整体学历偏低、知识结构和能力结构不合理,极大地限制了U-17运动员足球水平的提高。提出对策:中国足协应抓好U-17队伍教练员的培训工作,完善培训制度,提高培训质量。此外,青少年足球教练员自身要转变观念、善于学习,尽快提高自身的业务素质和执教能力。

By using the research methods of literature review and questionnaire,this paper makes analysis on development situation of Chinese Football Association U-17team coaches,including age,educational background,professional training span,education structure,training situation and supply of coaches.The result shows that there is a rational age structure in Chinese Football Association U-17team coaches,who have the experience of professional athletes,some achieved fairly higher performance and received formal training,and that lower education level and irrational knowledge and competent structure greatly constrain the development of U-17team athletes.It suggests that Chinese Football Association should improve the training activity,quality and system of coaches.The youth football coaches should change their own ideas,strive to learn relevant knowledge and improve their professional quality and teaching ability.
