为了探讨"用最好的训练方法,帮助运动员取得最好的成绩"实现在保护好运动员的前提下,提高竞技水平,通过总结髌骨软骨损伤对运动员的负面影响主要有2方面:影响运动员的运动生涯和运动成绩。分析排球运动员髌骨软骨损伤致因主要有:排球运动技术动作对髌骨软骨的损伤;身体训练动作对髌骨软骨的损伤。针对膝关节软骨损伤的预防与康复提出建议:科学合理地安排训练量,规范技术动作;结合先进的体能训练方法,避免二次损伤;损伤后及早采取办法进行治疗康复;补充营养品预防髌骨软组织损伤;加强保护措施。
