皖北的正阳关、临淮关因优越的地理区位,明清时期成为淮河流域重要的商品集散地和水陆交通中心。近代以来,新式交通方式冲击传统交通格局,导致皖北交通中心发生位移。随着安徽地方政府和绅商筹建以正阳关为中心的铁路计划相继流产,蚌埠势不可挡地取代了正阳关、临淮关,成为皖北的交通枢纽和商业中心。
皖北的正暘關、臨淮關因優越的地理區位,明清時期成為淮河流域重要的商品集散地和水陸交通中心。近代以來,新式交通方式遲擊傳統交通格跼,導緻皖北交通中心髮生位移。隨著安徽地方政府和紳商籌建以正暘關為中心的鐵路計劃相繼流產,蚌埠勢不可擋地取代瞭正暘關、臨淮關,成為皖北的交通樞紐和商業中心。
환북적정양관、림회관인우월적지리구위,명청시기성위회하류역중요적상품집산지화수륙교통중심。근대이래,신식교통방식충격전통교통격국,도치환북교통중심발생위이。수착안휘지방정부화신상주건이정양관위중심적철로계화상계유산,방부세불가당지취대료정양관、림회관,성위환북적교통추뉴화상업중심。
The town of Zhengyangguan and Linhuaiguan gradually turned into the most important collecting and distributing center of merchandise and the water and land traffic hub,because of their predominant geographical position during the Ming and Qing Dynasty.Since the modern era,new transportation style has challenged traditional transportation configuration and therefore the traffic hub in north Anhui province had to be transferred to the City of Bengbu,which certainly and naturally took the place of the town of Zhengyangguan and Linhuaiguan and became the traffic hub and commercial center in north Anhui province after the local Anhui government and the gentry or businessmen failed to realized their plan preparing to construct the town of Zhengyangguan-centered railroad.
