＂顶岗实习＂是H大学为加强对农村地区教育支持力度,强化教师教育专业学生实习而启动的一项工程。论文采用问卷调查及访谈的方法对H大学非教育技术学专业顶岗实习生进行调研,通过了解学生对目前教育技术技能岗前培训的需求及存在的问题,构建了＂三维一体＂教育技术技能培训新模式,从网络自主学习、面授辅导答疑、实战训练指导三个维度对学生进行培养。
＂頂崗實習＂是H大學為加彊對農村地區教育支持力度,彊化教師教育專業學生實習而啟動的一項工程。論文採用問捲調查及訪談的方法對H大學非教育技術學專業頂崗實習生進行調研,通過瞭解學生對目前教育技術技能崗前培訓的需求及存在的問題,構建瞭＂三維一體＂教育技術技能培訓新模式,從網絡自主學習、麵授輔導答疑、實戰訓練指導三箇維度對學生進行培養。

In order to strengthen the education support in rural area and enhance the educational specialty students’ practice,H university starts a engineering called ＂Post Practice＂.By using questionnaire survey and interview methods,the paper do research among post practice students of non-educational technology specialty.Through investigating students’ demand and existing problems in pre-post training of educational technology skills at present,a new mode of ＂three dimensional in one＂ educational technology skill training has been constructed and will be used to train students from three dimensional of web-based autonomous learning,face-to-face guidance and answering,practical training and guidance.
