文章通过借鉴家庭医生式服务理念,探讨中小型公共图书馆以建立读者档案为基础,以实现图书馆服务全覆盖、保障居民(村民)获取知识权力为目标,以提高馆员素质、优化馆藏资源、创新服务方式、用好读者反馈信息等为手段,构建面向读者的"家庭馆员式"服务体系。
文章通過藉鑒傢庭醫生式服務理唸,探討中小型公共圖書館以建立讀者檔案為基礎,以實現圖書館服務全覆蓋、保障居民(村民)穫取知識權力為目標,以提高館員素質、優化館藏資源、創新服務方式、用好讀者反饋信息等為手段,構建麵嚮讀者的"傢庭館員式"服務體繫。
문장통과차감가정의생식복무이념,탐토중소형공공도서관이건립독자당안위기출,이실현도서관복무전복개、보장거민(촌민)획취지식권력위목표,이제고관원소질、우화관장자원、창신복무방식、용호독자반궤신식등위수단,구건면향독자적"가정관원식"복무체계。
By drawing on family-doctor service concept,this article explored small and medium-sized public libraries building the facing readers"Family Librarian"service system which was creating readers files as the foundation,achieving the full coverage of library services,protecting the residents'(villagers')power to access to knowledge as the goal,improving the quality of librarians,optimizing library resources,innovativing services method,making good use of readers feedback information,and so on,as the means.
