Evaluation is an important and widely studied topic throughout the lifecycle of emergency management. The recoverability analysis of damaged highways in earthquakes plays an essential role during and after incidents. In this paper, the Remote Sensing technology was applied to recoverability analysis oriented to damaged highways in earthquakes. The status indicators of damaged highways and the analysis process of recoverability are discussed.
