目的:研究不同训练周期中使用多种监测手段对运动员疲劳的诊断效果;方法:以北京划艇队12名优秀运动员为研究对象,使用血液生化指标、心理调查问卷、Omega Wave系统对运动员在不同训练周期的疲劳情况进行诊断。结果:运动员大强度训练周的血清肌酸激酶与基础训练周相比差异具有显著性(P〈0.05),运动员大量训练周健康疲劳量表得分较基础训练周显著降低(P〈0.05);运动员大量训练周的交感神经调节系统影响因数与基础训练周相比显著降低(P〈0.05);运动员大量训练周的压力指数相对于基础训练周显著升高(P〈0.05);结论:持续的大运动量训练,可以导致运动员出现心理或生理疲劳;OmegaWave系统对运动员生理疲劳的早期发现具有积极作用。

Objective:To analyze the fatigue diagnosis of athletes by various methods in different training cycle.Methods:12 elite athletes from Beijing Rowing Team were involved in the study,using the blood biochemical indexes,psychological questionnaires and Omega Wave system to evaluate athletes's fatigue state in different training cycle.Results:Serum creatine kinase of athletes in the high load intensity training-week was significantly higher than the basic load training-week(P0.05);The score of high load quantity training-week of health and fatigue scale was significantly lower than the basic load training-week(P0.05);Activity of sympathetic regulation mechanisms of athletes in the high load quantity training-week was significantly lower than the basic load training-week(P0.05);Stress index of athletes in the high load quantity training-week was significantly higher than the basic load training-week(P0.05);Conclusion:The sustained and high load quantity training could lead to psychological or physical fatigue of athletes;Omega Wave system has active effect in early detection physiological fatigue of athletes.
