员工同工不同酬对新生代农民工流动具有重要影响。实证结果表明:当企业内存在同工不同酬现象时,会使新生代农民工产生流动意向,但是否流动还会进一步考虑流动成本以及就业率,当预期收益与迁移成本的差额大于原有企业的劳动报酬水平时,会选择流动,反之,则不流动。就业率的高低也会影响新生代农民工的流动决策,就业率越高其流动的可能性越大。

"Unequal pay for equal work" makes effect on the flow of the new generation of migrant workers. It is found that if there is a fact of "unequal pay for equal work" within enterprise, the new generation of migrant workers will intend but not necessarily to flow. Whether or not they choose to move decided by the cost of flow and the employment status. They may compare their payment to other migrant workers who work in other enterprises, if there is a fact of "unequal pay for equal work" and the difference between the expected return and the cost of flow is greater than the payment, the new generation of migrant workers will choose to flow, but not vice versa.
