全球价值链是一种自顶向下的制度设计，通过将核心价值以外的工序不断剥离，外围企业只能簇拥在领航企业周围，难以形成自身的核心优势。基于生产共享的国际生产网络，以强调契约合作、生产片段再融合为核心。与全球价值链的线性攀升不同，国际生产网络突出了当代国际贸易分工的层次性和协作性，在生产共享的基础之上，国际生产网络进一步向非线性、扁平化的形态发展。生产共享的内涵与特征有助于后发工业国实现战略赶超和“低端锁定”突破。

Global Value Chain, which is governed by multinational corporation, is a classic model describing the current international industry organization. Based on vertical international spe- cialization theory, Global Value Chain is Top-down style. It is the waterfall structure that makes the lower class countries difficult to backtrack to higher situation. Fragmentation of production is a grad- ual refinement process. Multinational corporations grasp the core value. As the result, the periphery of the flagship, many small enterprises is difficult to obtain the critical technique and the key value. Correspondingly, global product network revising ＂flying geese model＂ is another famous assertion about current international trade pattern. Based on production sharing, global product network focuses on contractual joint venture and amalgamation of production fragment. In contrast to global value chain, global product network emphasizes international cooperation. Product sharing, which is global product network＇ s distinctive features, establishes the fundamental bases of region value chain refactoring. Thus, global product network evolves to non-linear, fiat structure. The intension of product sharing can help developing countries to break through GVC Low-Locked effect.
