加快转变发展方式、实现可持续发展是关系经济发展全局的战略抉择。为此，构建了产业效率评价指标体系，采用DEA／AHP方法，以陕西省为例，对主导工业产业效率下的经济可持续发展潜力进行了研究。结果表明：陕西省八大工业主导产业总体产业结构和资源配置基本合理，较符合自身比较优势，具有一定的发展潜力，但规模占比最大的能源化工业与装备制造业的效率反而最低，是制约陕西转变经济发展方式的结症之一。

Accelerating the transform of economic development and realizing sustainable development is a strategic deci- sion for overall economic development. This article, therefore, studies the economic sustainable development potential of leading industries in Shaanxi province in regard with the efficiency of the leading industries by constructing an industrial efficiency assessment index system with the DEA/AHP method. The results indicate that the overall structure of eight leading industries in Shaanxi and the allocation of resources are basically reasonable and comparatively coincide with its advantage. Shaanxi Province has a certain potential for development, but the efficiency of the energy and chemical industries and equipment manufacturing industries with the largest scale occupation ratio is the lowest instead. This is one of the cruxes which restrict transforming economic development mode of Shaanxi Province.
