长期以来,农业生态系统在降低大气温室气体浓度、减缓气候变暖方面的作用一直被忽略。迄今为止,还没有形成一套完整的农业土壤碳汇实现机制,从而制约了农业土壤碳汇耕作的发展,也是导致我国政府在国际气候谈判中面临巨大压力的重要原因之一。通过分析农业土壤碳库与农户耕作行为之间的关系,构建农户耕作行为选择模型,利用在四川省都江堰地区开展的田间实验和问卷调查所获得的水稻种植成本收益数据,发现只有当农业土壤碳汇补贴不低于农户的机会成本时,才能使农户主动选择有利于“碳汇”的耕作方式。

The effect of agricultural eco-system on lowering green house gases concentration and slowing down climate warming has long been ignored. Till now the implementation mecha- nism of agricultural soil carbon sink has not been established yet. It causes China's disadvantage in international climate negotiations. This paper first discusses the relationship between the agri- cultural soil carbon sink and farming behaviors and then constructs the model of choosing farming behaviors. With the statistics gained from questionnaire survey and field investigation, the paper finds that only when the price of agricultural soil carbon sink is over farmers' opportunity cost, will the farmers initiatively choose the farming behavior in favor of soil carbon sink.
