随着打造“中国经济升级版”的推进，在转变经济增长方式、调整产业结构的过程中，应用型本科院校应充分发挥自身优势，积极探索有效路径，助力地方经济发展。浙江科技学院在服务地方经济转型升级的实践中，提出“四大对接”和“四个契合”，强化学科特色和优势，形成了服务转型升级的新优势，同时针对实践中遇到的问题提出在“四个转变”中找准新的着力方向。
수착타조“중국경제승급판”적추진，재전변경제증장방식、조정산업결구적과정중，응용형본과원교응충분발휘자신우세，적겁탐색유효로경，조력지방경제발전。절강과기학원재복무지방경제전형승급적실천중，제출“사대대접”화“사개계합”，강화학과특색화우세，형성료복무전형승급적신우세，동시침대실천중우도적문제제출재“사개전변”중조준신적착력방향。
With the development of China economic upgrading, the application-oriented universities should give full play to their advantages, explore the effective way to promote the local economic development during the period of transforming the economic growth way and change the industry structure. In the practice of serving the local economic transformation and upgrading, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology proposed ＂four abut- ments＂ and ＂four correspondence＂, strengthened discipline characteristics and advantages, and created new advantages of serving transformation and upgrading; meanwhile, it also need to find the new direction to deal with the problems in practice.
