构建和谐社会需要良好的农村社会治安环境。目前农村的治安状况令人担忧,加强农村治安防范机制建设刻不容缓。因此,秉承和谐的理念,在传承与完善传统的农村社会治安防范模式的基础上,进一步探索农村治安防范的新模式意义重大。

A social harmony demands a benign rural social security. It is argued that the rural security needs improving urgently with regard to adhering to the traditional guarding mode. It is of great signifi- cance to further explore the new preventive mode of rural security.
