智障人士作为残疾人困难群体中最困难的群体，如何解决他们的生存和生活问题必须引起社会的关注并得到有效解决。文章以广州市康园工疗机构为例，分析了广州市智障人士支持性就业的实践和存在的问题，阐述了智障人士支持性就业的特殊性，进而提出了对智障人士支持性就业政策援助的四点诉求：完善康园工疗机构管理机制、开展“阳关家园”重度智障人士居家抚养工作、建立健全智障人士社会保障制度和营造全社会助残扶残良好氛围。

Intellectual disabilities as one of the most difficult for the disabled groups, how to solve the problem of their life and survival aroused the concern of the society and get effective solution. Based on Guangzhou Kang Yuan workers sanatoria, this paper takes Guangzhou as an example to analyze the intellectual disabilities＇ supporting employment practices and existing problems, expounded the particularity of intellectual disabilities supporting employment, then puts forward the policy on intellectual disabilities supporting employment aid to four demands： perfect Kang Yuan workers＇ sanatoria management mechanism, to carry out ＂sunshine home＂ severe intellectual disabilities at home raising work, establish and improve the mentally disabled social security system, build the whole society ofassistive good atmosphere.
