为了解地方普通高校学生的学习效能及其特点,针对人才培养需求,探索与学生特点相适应的具有实效性的教育模式和方法,采用大学生学习动机量表和学业自我效能感量表对280名学生进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果发现:53.7%的学生在学习动机方面有一定的问题和困扰;性别、家庭经济情况、是否学生干部、专业等因素对学生学习效能特点有影响;学生学习动机、学习效能和学习成绩相关。动机弱度水平、学行效能能够预测学业成绩。在教育教学环节中,应采取的措施和对策包括:激发学生的学习兴趣和动机;掌握学习方法,注意反馈,夯实学生的学习行为;多方支持,构建学生学业发展的全方位支持系统;在激发学生学习效能层面,考虑性别、家庭经济情况、专业等因素。

In order to understand the characteristics of colleges students' learning in corresponding educational countermeasures, research by the university students learning motivation scale and the sense of academic self- efficacy scale questionnaire survey was conducted among 280 students, the results were analyzed by statistical software SPSSll. 5. Results showed that, 53.7% of the students have some problems and difficulties in the learning motivation. Gender, family economic conditions, professional and other factors have influence on the effectiveness of students' learning characteristics. Learning motivation, self-efficacy and learning achievement, motivation level, study efficiency can predict academic achievement. In the education teaching, to stimulate students interest in learning and motivation; learning methods, attention to the feedback, and strengthening students' learning behavior; multi-party support, a full range of support system construction of student academic development; to stimulate students' learning efficiency level, gender, family economic status, and major.
