伴随浙江的经济社会发展进入新的阶段，尤其在踏上推进“二次现代化”征程的关键时期，浙江面临经济结构调整、产业转型的紧迫任务。因此，要根据浙江“二次现代化”的现状及存在问题，寻求浙江经济社会体制内具有原发推动性的动力因素，解决经济结构调整、产业转型的内源式推动力问题，构建以知识经济为核心的多元化因素驱动体系。重点以民间资本效率释放化解“二次现代化”的资本束缚，并以产业融合化、高端化发展为“二次现代化”储备发展动能。同时，为适应“二次现代化”和知识经济的发展需要，浙江应积极探索推动现代化进程的有效演化路径，以谋划工业化、城镇化和农业现代化“三化同步”发展为核心，构建现代产业体系，加快推进浙江“二次现代化”的顺利实现。

With the development of economy and society entering a new stage, especially in the crucial period of advan- cing ＂the second modernization＂, Zhejiang Province is faced with the pressing tasks of economic structural adjustment and industrial transformation. Therefore, based on the situation and problems of ＂the second modernization＂ in Zhejiang Province, the article sought the dynamics in the Province＇ s economic and social system, found the endogenous impetus to economic structural adjustment and industrial transformation, and established the driving system with knowledge econo- my as the core. It thought that it＇ s important to release the efficiency of private capital to deal with the restraint of capital on ＂the second modernization＂ and gather kinetic energy for ＂the second modernization＂ through industrial integration and high-end development. Meanwhile, in order to meet the needs of the development of ＂the second modernization＂ and knowledge economy, Zhejiang Province should actively explore the evolution path of advancing modernization, and estab- lish a modern industrial system with the simultaneous advancement of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization as the core to accelerate ＂the second modernization＂.
