基于生态补偿理论和我国生态补偿实践，考察了煤炭资源开发企业补偿责任履行意愿的构成及其影响因素。采用截面数据，对煤炭资源开发企业补偿责任履行意愿的构成及其影响因素进行了实证分析，结果表明，技术工艺水平对企业以政府主导市场参与模式履责的意愿具有负向影响；企业投产年份、环境破坏程度和外部批评情况对企业以政府主导市场参与模式履责的意愿具有显著正向影响，并结合我国实际情况提出了相应的政策建议。

The paper, based on the theoretical development of ecological compensation and the relevant practices,explores the composition and the determinants of the willingness of coal resources development enterprises in choo-sing different modes for fulfilling ecological compensation responsibility. The paper then uses cross - sectional data to test the hypotheses, with results showing that the advance of productivity technology has a significant negative in- fluence, and that the productivity tenure, the environmental damage seriousness and the external criticism have positive effects on the willingness. The findings above lead to some policy suggestions for practitioners.
