从《京都议定书》的签订到其正式生效,人类历史上第一次以法规的形式限制温室气体排放。如今“低碳”已经成为一种时尚,延展到了各个层面。笔者认为,“低碳”设计其实就是以设计为起点,通过设计原理、理念、方法、手段、技术等一系列的整合,创造出低能耗、低污染、低排放的物质或精神产品。且这一创造过程,并不禁锢在某个狭隘的专业领域,而是上升为广义设计的高度,通过把哲学方法论、自然科学方法、技术科学方法、思维科学、行为科学、及其他先进科学吸收进来,以解决“低碳”设计中的各种难题。所以,透彻理解广义设计学的内涵、分析“低碳”设计中“整合”方式,才能探索出“低碳”设计之路。

종《경도의정서》적첨정도기정식생효,인류역사상제일차이법규적형식한제온실기체배방。여금“저탄”이경성위일충시상,연전도료각개층면。필자인위,“저탄”설계기실취시이설계위기점,통과설계원리、이념、방법、수단、기술등일계렬적정합,창조출저능모、저오염、저배방적물질혹정신산품。차저일창조과정,병불금고재모개협애적전업영역,이시상승위엄의설계적고도,통과파철학방법론、자연과학방법、기술과학방법、사유과학、행위과학、급기타선진과학흡수진래,이해결“저탄”설계중적각충난제。소이,투철리해엄의설계학적내함、분석“저탄”설계중“정합”방식,재능탐색출“저탄”설계지로。
From the signing of Kyoto Protocol to its formal effectiveness, it is the first time in human history that the emission of the greenhouse gas is restricted by law. Nowadays, "low carbon" has become a trend. The author holds the view that "low carbon" design is to create the material or spiritual products of low energy consumption, low pollution and low e- mission, with the help of integrated design principles, concepts, methods and techniques. Furthermore, the process of the creation is not limited in a narrow field, but up to a higher level of general design. It can solve various kinds of difficulties in the process of low carbon design by absorbing the methodology of philosophy, natural science methods, technical scientif- ic method, thinking science, behavioral science, and other advanced science. To sum up, the author thinks that only by understanding the connotation of the general design and analyzing the method of "integration" in the process of the " low carbon " design, can we explore the road to the real" low carbon" design.
