Chinese teaching should carry out scientific and innovative reform based on discipline theory. This reform needs to point out the basic characteristics of Chinese subject and basic tasks of Chinese teaching. Language teaching needs to lead the development of ideological education, literary education and knowledge education. Chinese education should extend from Chinese class to other subjects and to the situations out of school. Scientific language teaching system will be the main clue of this study.
