教育权利是人类个体——群体有效公平地参与和行使一定教育行动并获取相应的机会性收益以成人立人达人的基本社会生态资格与权利。教育权利和教育权利主体的强烈自我中心性及其客体的外部公共性之间的基本矛盾,使教育权利具有明显的易嬗变性、受动性、模糊性、脆弱性和易侵权——弃权性等特征,极易成为被扭曲或误解、膨胀或萎缩、抢占或割让的对象,严重危及人类个体——群体有质量地生存、发展与享受等基本人权的实现,全球社会的生态化发展和世界范围内教育短缺与过剩并存、泡沫与缩水共在、扭曲与腐败联手的日益严峻现实,在明白地诉说和验证着教育权利的根本价值、畸形现状和可悲命运,呼唤和要求对教育权利进行有效的社会保障,即建立公民全员根本实体保障、国家法律保障、行政执法保障、社区支撑保障、产业辅助保障、学校专业保障、家庭基础保障和学生自我保障的多元互惠互制的全方位社会保障体系。
教育權利是人類箇體——群體有效公平地參與和行使一定教育行動併穫取相應的機會性收益以成人立人達人的基本社會生態資格與權利。教育權利和教育權利主體的彊烈自我中心性及其客體的外部公共性之間的基本矛盾,使教育權利具有明顯的易嬗變性、受動性、模糊性、脆弱性和易侵權——棄權性等特徵,極易成為被扭麯或誤解、膨脹或萎縮、搶佔或割讓的對象,嚴重危及人類箇體——群體有質量地生存、髮展與享受等基本人權的實現,全毬社會的生態化髮展和世界範圍內教育短缺與過剩併存、泡沫與縮水共在、扭麯與腐敗聯手的日益嚴峻現實,在明白地訴說和驗證著教育權利的根本價值、畸形現狀和可悲命運,呼喚和要求對教育權利進行有效的社會保障,即建立公民全員根本實體保障、國傢法律保障、行政執法保障、社區支撐保障、產業輔助保障、學校專業保障、傢庭基礎保障和學生自我保障的多元互惠互製的全方位社會保障體繫。

Educational right is a qualification and a basic right of human individual-group to participate and exercise educational action and obtain the appropriate opportunities to benefit for being, living and achieving. The basic contradiction between strong self-center and external public of educational right's subject and object, so the educational right has obvious characteristics, such as easy evolution, passivi- ty, fuzziness, fragile and easy infringement abstention, and is extremely easy to become the object being distorted or misunderstood, swelling or atrophy, preemption or the cession, a serious threat to human health and survival, development of individual and group to enjoy the basic human rights. World educa- tion shortage coexists with the excess, foam and shrink, twist and corruption, verifying the right of ed- ucation, the fundamental value of abnormal status and the tragic fate, calling and demanding for effec- tive social security of right to education, namely the establishment of full guarantee of citizens, national legal protection, administrative enforcement, community support, industry auxiliary security, profes- sional security of school, family security and the mutual interaction of the full range of the social securi- ty system of the student multi-dimensional self security.
