新世纪以来,日本义务教育教师教育课程改革出现了一系列新的动向。主要内容一是增设＂教职实践演习＂课程,制定国家层面的教师教育课程标准;二是对原有教育课程进行系统化改革,更新教师的知识机构;三是推动教育实习的体系化发展,提升未来教师的实际指导能力。目前,我国义务教育教师改革正处于关键时期,研究日本义务教育教师教育课程改革的新动向,有助于我国义务教育教师教育的顺利开展。

A series of new trends have come into existence in teacher training course reform of Japanese compulsory education since the 21st century. The new trends are in the following. First, teaching prac- tice courses are added and teacher training course standards are established at national level. Second, systematic reform of existent educational courses is carried out to upgrade teachers＇ knowledge struc- ture. Third, promote systematic development of teaching practices to enhance guiding abilities of teach- ers in the future. At present, compulsory education reform of our nation is at its critical moment, so it＇s of great benefit to study new trends of Japanese teacher training courses of compulsory education to fa- cilitate corresponding reforms in our country.
