市场导向和政策导向是在转型经济中企业实施的两种战略导向,尤其是在复杂的环境中,战略导向之间的平衡和整合需要加以更多的关注,但目前还没有直接的证据表明战略导向均衡对企业绩效的促进作用。以193家高新技术企业为样本,借鉴均衡理论的研究视角和研究方法,探讨市场和政策两种战略导向均衡对企业技术创新绩效的影响作用。结果表明:(1)市场导向对技术创新绩效的正向作用强于政策导向;(2)市场-政策导向联合均衡正向促进技术创新绩效;(3)市场-政策导向匹配均衡则会降低技术创新绩效。

Market orientation and policy orientation are the two strategic orientations which enterprises implement in the transitional economy. Especially in the complicated environment, the balance and inte- gration between the strategic orientations need to be paid more attention. However, there is little direct evidence of the positive effect of strategic orientation ambidexterity on firm performance. Based on a sample of 193 high-tech enterprises, this paper seeks to test the impact of market-policy strategy orien- tation ambidexterity on the technological innovation performance from the ambidexterity perspective and research methods. The findings show that (1) the positive effect of market orientation on the technolog- ical innovation performance is better than policy orientation, (2) the interaction between market and policy strategy orientation is positively related to technological innovation performance, (3) but the rela- tive imbalance between market and policy strategy orientation is negatively related to technological inno- vation performance.
