工业旅游以其独特的旅游角度以及对工业发展的促进作用，已成为旅游行业发展的新亮点。工业旅游的发展对企业形象的宣传、产品知名度和地区知名度的扩大，都具有巨大的推动作用。东北老工业基地工业门类齐全，具有发展工业旅游得天独厚的条件。立足于东北老工业基地资源发展现状，提出政府扶持、区域互促发展、工业与常规线路相结合等新建议，并提出将开发与保护相结合，从而提升老工业基地城市形象，促进老工业基地经济的发展。

Industrial tourism, featuring its unique value for visiting and promotion for industrial development, has become a new growth field of tourism. It contributes to the publicizing of enterprise image, extension of product awareness and area awareness. The northeast old industrial bases with various sectors and types enjoy great advantages in developing industrial tourism. Grounded on the bases, the paper put forward new sugges- tions on government support and regional mutual progress and the combination of industrial and conventional planning. The author also expected the integration of development and protection to upgrade city image of the bases and promote its progress.
