在对学术界近年来有关抗争性政治的研究成果述评的基础上，本文以闽西北J县的林权纠纷为例，认为当前底层农民集体行动的原动力机制、动员结构和组织结构是基于利益表达的“自发性”、和“去政治化”和“弱组织化”的“碎片化抗争”。文章认为，农民分散化、碎片化的利益表达往往达不到或不完全达到其利益诉求。而对农民的抗争性行动处理不当将会导致极端群体性抗争事件。如何吸纳底层农民的政治参与，正确对待其合理诉求，探究社会稳定中的农民利益维护机制，使问题的解决向体制内、可控性和组织化的对话渠道方向倾斜，从而破解“维权”和“维稳”困局，是值得探讨的问题。

In recent years, the academic circle has got some achievements in contentious politics. On the basis of these a chievements, this paper takes forest property rights disputes of J County in the northwest of Fujian Province as an example and holds the idea that the motive force mechanism, mobilization structure and organization structure of farmers＇ collective action is a fragmentized struggle of spontaneity, de--politicization and organizational slack based on interest expression. In view of the formation mechanism and operation rules of farmers＇ collective action, this paper argues that farmers＇ decentralized and fragmentized expression for interests often can not or will not fully meet its interest demands. Moreover, the inappropriate disposal of farmers＇ protest will lead to serious group conflicts. So it is worthy of discussion and research in the following questions： how to attract the political participation of bottom farmers, and how to treat the rational appeals correctly. In addition, to explore the interests of farmer maintenance mechanism in a stable society, we can make the solution incline toward the inside--system, controllable and organizable dialogue, and break the dilemma of rights protection and stability maintenance.
