自由教育、关注学生个体、培养学生批判性思维是牛津大学导师制教学一以贯之的卓越特质。我国本科生导师制在复制模仿的过程中,遭遇“形式主义”困境的根本原因在于文化环境的不同。我们必须在寻求思想共识的基础上,重塑大学理念,还原牛津大学导师制的本来面目,从形式与本质上为其科学发展提供支撑。
