以＂君君,臣臣,父父,子子＂释＂正名＂实际上是将＂正名＂（＂纠正名义＂）错解为＂以名正实＂,＂辨其受命之名＂应该是对＂正名＂最为合理的解释。孔子的＂正名＂主张是针对卫国特定政治格局而提出的,意在强调卫君（辄）并未受灵公之命,＂正名＂语境中的孔子首先是以一个政论家的形象出现的,＂正名＂的逻辑学意义似乎应属后人的添加。孔子的＂正名＂能否成为一种＂主义＂,进而成为＂中国名学的始祖＂,这都是令人怀疑的。
