通过对兰州大学网络教育学院远程学习者的调研,统计数据表明网络教育对学习者情感发展方面的积极影响主要表现在学习者在学习过程中心情愉悦、情绪稳定,情感体验丰富,信息反馈及时,有利于激发学习者想象力和创造性;有利于学习者理智感、道德感和美感的培养。而负面影响主要是网络教育中学习者很难做到全神贯注、长期通过网络工作或学习易造成网络孤独症,以及虚拟情境的创设不理想、缺乏有针对性的评价方法等。并进而从加强网络教育资源的情感设计、把传统学习和网络学习优势结合起来、利用虚拟现实技术和有针对性的评价方法、激发学习者的积极情感等四个方面提出了几点建议。
通過對蘭州大學網絡教育學院遠程學習者的調研,統計數據錶明網絡教育對學習者情感髮展方麵的積極影響主要錶現在學習者在學習過程中心情愉悅、情緒穩定,情感體驗豐富,信息反饋及時,有利于激髮學習者想象力和創造性;有利于學習者理智感、道德感和美感的培養。而負麵影響主要是網絡教育中學習者很難做到全神貫註、長期通過網絡工作或學習易造成網絡孤獨癥,以及虛擬情境的創設不理想、缺乏有針對性的評價方法等。併進而從加彊網絡教育資源的情感設計、把傳統學習和網絡學習優勢結閤起來、利用虛擬現實技術和有針對性的評價方法、激髮學習者的積極情感等四箇方麵提齣瞭幾點建議。

In order to investigate the impact of web-based education on the development of learners' affection,this study has made a detailed research on the distance learners in Distance Education College of Lanzhou University.The result shows that web-based education has great advantages and positive impacts on the emotional development of the learners:learners feel happy;their emotional state remains stable,their emotional experience is rich and they timely give feedback.Web-based education also helps stimulate learners' imagination and creativity and develop learners' senses of reason,morality and aesthetics.However,negative impacts also take place;for example,learners have difficulties concentrating on studies;internet-based autism is developed due to the learners' long-term engagement in computers and networks;the design of the virtual context is not so ideal;and effective assessment methods are lacking.Suggestions are made in the following aspects:affection-integrated pattern should be introduced in the design of online education resources;online education and traditional classroom education should be combined;virtual reality technology and targeted assessment methods should be developed;and positive emotions should be stimulated.
