学校心理辅导制度是开展心理健康教育工作的规章制度，包括学校心理辅导的根本制度、基本制度和具体制度三个层面，具有育人、团体辅导、心理咨询、筛查与转介、家校整合、社区辐射等教育功能。目前，学校心理辅导工作越来越受到社会的广泛重视，心理辅导制度建设也得到了迅速发展，但与西方发达国家相比，尚有一定距离。因此，大力加强我国学校心理辅导制度建设势在必行，这需要从学校心理辅导室、心理辅导示范校建设标准与规范等实体化制度建设抓起。

However, compared with some developed countries, our counseling system is far from perfect. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the construction of school counseling system, which needs to be constructed from the school counseling room, the construction standards and specifications of counseling demonstration school and other entities of the system construction.
