在我国硕士研究生规模不断扩大、教育质量问题日益凸显的大背景下,树立“多样化的高等教育质量观”,重视学生的主体地位,提高学生的满意度,尤其是学业满意度显得尤为重要。运用结构方程建模技术构建硕士研究生学业满意度影响因素模型,结果表明,自我效能感、对未来结果的期望、目标进展和社会资源支持共同影响硕士研究生的学业满意度。自我效能感、社会资源支持能够有效地预测目标进展和结果预期,自我效能感、目标进展和结果预期又能直接对学业满意度产生影响。提高硕士研究生学业满意度,应改革教学方式,提高自我效能感;制定合理目标,监督目标进展;树立积极结果预期,提高专业成就感。

With the continuous expansion of graduate students and the increasing prominent problems of education quality, it is of vital importance to establish the "diversified concept of higher education quality" which stresses on the subject position of students and focuses upon improving students' satisfaction, especially their academic satisfaction. The model of influence factors on graduate students' academic satisfaction has been constructed by applying the structural equation modeling(SEM )technique. The result shows that all the factors as the sense of self-efficacy, outcome expectation, goal progress and social resource support have brought the common influences on the degree of academic satisfaction of graduate students. The sense of self-efficacy and social resource support could effectively forecast the goal progress and outcome expectation. And the sense of self-efficacy, goal progress and outcome expectation could directly influence the academic satisfaction as well. To improve the degree of academic satisfaction of graduate students, we should reform teaching method and improve the graduate students" sense of self-efficacy, formulate reasonable goal and monitor the goal progress, establish positive outcome expectation, and strengthen the sense of professional accomplishment.
