公务员财产信息公开制度是反腐的一把利剑，是预防腐败的第一道关口。党的十八大再一次高举反腐大旗，表明了反腐的坚定决心。我国已经在地方层面上进行了包含公务员财产信息公开内容的有益尝试。随着中国民主法治的不断完善，将公务员财产信息公开纳入法律规范调整将是必然的需要。我们也将在结合中国法治实际的基础上，对公务员财产信息公开进行制度的创设与整合。

The property information disclosure system of civil servants is a sharp sword of anti-corruption, and the first pass in preventing corruption. The 18th National Congress of CPC holds highly the banner of anti-corruption once again, indicating the steadfast determination of the Party in fighting against corruption. Civil servants property information disclosure has been carried out at the local level. With the development of democracy and continuous improvement of the rule of law in China, this practice will surely be included in the adjustment of legal norms. The legislative design and integration to this practice will be made on the basis of the actual conditions of the rule of law in China.
