重新发现历史，重写历史有其必然性。近代云南历史研究发现了众多的亮点，有必要重写云南近代历史。例如，云南陆军讲武堂铸造了黄埔精神，辛亥云南起义在全国创造了三个冠军，护国战争应属于民主革命主流的组成部分等。当然，重写历史，应当以尊重历史为前提。

Rediscovering and rewriting history has its inevitability. In the research of Yunnan modem history, many bright spots have been found and it is necessary to rewrite the Yunnan modem history.
