地方普通高校对推进我国高等教育大众化进程功不可没，但内外在条件约束，主要在目前高等教育体系夹缝中求生存、谋发展，唯有构建以明道力、取势力、优术力、树人力为四维内涵的生存力，地方普通高校才能真正步人生存与发展正轨。

지방보통고교대추진아국고등교육대음화진정공불가몰，단내외재조건약속，주요재목전고등교육체계협봉중구생존、모발전，유유구건이명도력、취세력、우술력、수인력위사유내함적생존력，지방보통고교재능진정보인생존여발전정궤。
Ordinary local colleges, despite their contributions to the popularization of China＇ s higher education, are restrained by internal and external conditions. They struggle to survive and develop under the higher education system. Only by construc-ting a four - dimensional viability will these colleges actually be on the track of further development. The endeavor will involve understanding the principle, exploiting the advantage, optimizing the academic competence and cuhivating talents.
