Ethnic minorities' problem of vocation constitutes a significant issue of the common unity and prosperity of ethnic groups. An integration of ethnic acculturation, vocational social cognition and employment pressure and an exploration of their relational model help further understand the cultural and psychological problems in ethnic minorities' vocation, so as to promote the implementation of ethnic minorities' vocational education.
