少数民族职业问题是关系各民族的共同团结奋斗和共同繁荣发展的重要课题。整合少数民族文化适应、职业社会认知和就业压力三个问题，探索之间的关系模型，有助于深入研究少数民族职业中的文化心理问题，促进少数民族职业教育工作的顺利开展。
少數民族職業問題是關繫各民族的共同糰結奮鬥和共同繁榮髮展的重要課題。整閤少數民族文化適應、職業社會認知和就業壓力三箇問題，探索之間的關繫模型，有助于深入研究少數民族職業中的文化心理問題，促進少數民族職業教育工作的順利開展。

Ethnic minorities＇ problem of vocation constitutes a significant issue of the common unity and prosperity of ethnic groups. An integration of ethnic acculturation, vocational social cognition and employment pressure and an exploration of their relational model help further understand the cultural and psychological problems in ethnic minorities＇ vocation, so as to promote the implementation of ethnic minorities＇ vocational education.
