积极开展切实有效的创新创业教育，培养学生的创新创业意识和能力，已经成为我国研究型大学教育改革的重要方向。结合专家访谈的结果，设计了在校生、毕业生和教师三类调查问卷，选取了若干所研究型大学作为样本，对我国研究型大学的创新创业教育实施及绩效控制过程中涉及到的内外部影响因素进行了统计调查；运用结构方程模型对问卷调查结果进行了实证研究，提出了创新创业教育体系的关键影响因子，认为应从大学生、研究型大学、外部环境三个角度构建创新创业教育实施的质量评价指标体系。

It has become an important direction for the research type universities＂ education reform to actively carry out the effective creation and innovation education, and develop the students＂ creation and innovation awareness and ability. This paper, combined with the results of expert interviews,designs three types of questionnaire among students, graduates and teachers, and selects several typical researching universities as a sample. Survey has been conducted to the internal and external influen- cing factors involving in the implementation of creation and innovation education in China＇s research type universities and the performance of the control process. With the use of structural equation mod- eling, the article makes an empirical research on the survey results, which lays a foundation for the key influencing factor of creation and innovation education system, as well as provides a theoretical basis for constructing the quality evaluation index system based on the implementation of the creation and innovation education.
