Based on the civil engineering undergraduate program taught in English against the background of higher education internationalization, the problems and difficulties of the teaching mode, interactive teaching and classroom organization were analyzed. In order to improve the quality of full-English teaching, the intuitive teaching mode of watching, listening, practicing was put forward, which is combined with image, model and project cases, and is help to construct the perceptual knowledge.
