建设现代有机畜牧业示范园区，必须与“三江源”生态环境保护相结合，进行适度规模经营，不断提高畜牧业发展的质量与效益；把发展重点放在畜牧业加工增值方面，延长产业链，增加附加值，不断培育有机畜牧业知名品牌，提高经济效益。实现牧业增产增效、牧民增收，不断增强民族团结，维护社会稳定，达到生态效益、经济效益、社会效益的协调统一。
建設現代有機畜牧業示範園區，必鬚與“三江源”生態環境保護相結閤，進行適度規模經營，不斷提高畜牧業髮展的質量與效益；把髮展重點放在畜牧業加工增值方麵，延長產業鏈，增加附加值，不斷培育有機畜牧業知名品牌，提高經濟效益。實現牧業增產增效、牧民增收，不斷增彊民族糰結，維護社會穩定，達到生態效益、經濟效益、社會效益的協調統一。
건설현대유궤축목업시범완구，필수여“삼강원”생태배경보호상결합，진행괄도규모경영，불단제고축목업발전적질량여효익；파발전중점방재축목업가공증치방면，연장산업련，증가부가치，불단배육유궤축목업지명품패，제고경제효익。실현목업증산증효、목민증수，불단증강민족단결，유호사회은정，체도생태효익、경제효익、사회효익적협조통일。
Constructing the demonstration garden of plateau modem organic animal husbandry is supposed to combine with the ecological and environmental protection in sources of three rivers regions and improve the quality and benefits of the livestock husbandry. The focal point of development should be on the value - added aspects of the livestock husbandry processing and nurture its famous brand to enhance its economic performance. In order to realize the increase production and efficiency and strengthen national unity, maintain social stability, the result is to achieve the harmonious unity in ecological benefits ,economic benefits and social benefits.
