电子商务是未来经济贸易发展的重要形式，现代电子商务技术对传统物流产生了巨大影响。现代物流在电子商务的促进之下，不断地向信息化、网络化、多功能化方向发展。企业应利用电子商务带来的便捷条件，加速物流组织结构转变与电子商务和物流管理人才培养．推动物流管理创新。电子商务环境下，为更好地实现物流管理创新．一要逐步加强政府引导与行业立法；二要加快物流组织结构转变，将信息化与先进的管理理念相结合：三要借鉴发达国家经验，完善电子商务物流活动规划与控制体系；四要重视电子商务与物流经营管理专业人才的培养；五要大力发展物流金融；六要加快电子支付平台建设；七要加强电子商务对国际物流的推动作用。

E-commerce is an important economic trade form in the future. The modem e-commerce technology has great influence on the traditional logistics. The modem logistics, under the promotion of e-commerce, continuously develops to the trend of informationalization, networking and functionalization. The enterprises should utilize the convenience brought by e- commerce, accelerate the transformation of logistic organizational structure and the cultivation of talents, and promote innovation in logistic management. In the light of e-commerce, to better realize innovation in logistic management, we should, first, gradually strengthen government guidance and industrial legislation; second, we should accelerate the transformation of logistic organizational structure and combine informationization with the advanced management idea： third, we should learn from other advanced countries to improve the planning and control system of e-commerce logistic activities; fourth, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of talented people; fifth, we should give more support to the development of logistics finance; sixth, we should accelerate the build of e-payment platform; and seventh, we should strengthen the role of e- commerce in promoting the development of international logistics.
