在竞争激烈的市场上,技术与产品更新速度越来越快,企业仅仅依靠自身的研发资源和技术储备不再能满足技术创新和产品开发的需要了,必须加强与外界的技术交流与合作,以获取自身发展需要的技术知识和研发资源。于是,合作研发成为企业获得和保持竞争优势的必要手段。合作研发网络大体上可分为横向合作研发网络与纵向合作研发网络两种。在纵向合作研发网络中,企业的合作伙伴主要有四种类型,即供应商、顾客、高校和科研机构、竞争者。但由于组织间的有效合作需要组织间进行有效学习,而吸收能力对组织间学习效果具有重要影响.导致企业与四类伙伴的合作关系并不一定能为企业带来预期的技术研发效果,在与四类伙伴的合作中,吸收能力不同的企业取得的研发效果存在差异。为更好地优化纵向合作研发网络,应以“骨干企业+中小企业”作为纵向合作研发网络的研发核心;使顾客群成为纵向合作研发网络重要的信息来源与价值核心;使高校和科研机构成为纵向合作研发网络中新知识的主要来源;让竞争企业作为纵向合作研发网络的临时伙伴。

In the fiercely competitive market, the upgrade in technology and product is getting faster: the enterprises can not meet the requirement of technological innovation and product development only with the dependence on their own R&D resources and technological reserves: the enterprises must strengthen the technological communication and cooperation with the outside world to obtain the needed technological knowledge and R&D resources. So, the cooperation R&D is becoming the necessary means for the enterprises to obtain and maintain the competitive advantages. The network of cooperation R&D can be divided into the horizontal and vertical ones. In the vertical network of cooperation R&D, there are such four kinds of partners as suppliers, customers, universities and research institutes, and competitors. But because the effective learning among organizations is the precondition of the effective cooperation among organizations and the absorptive capability has the important impact on the effect of learning among the organizations, enterprises with different absorptive capabilities will have different fruits of R&D. To better optimize the network of cooperation R&D, we should take "key enterprises and SMEs" as the core of the vertical network of cooperation R&D, take the customer groups as the important information source and value core of the vertical network of cooperation R&D, take the universities and research institutes as the new knowledge sources of the vertical network of cooperation R&D, and take the competitors as the temporary partner of the vertical network of cooperation R&D.
