战国秦汉时期,农业雇佣关系已经获得初步发展。这一时期的农业雇佣关系,并非都具有较强的封建人身依附性,而呈现出诸多经济性特征：农业雇佣关系的建立源自双方的供需要求,主雇双方的实际地位因雇主的身份和雇期长短而有所差别,货币成为农业雇佣工资的主要支付形式。结合战国秦汉农业的发展,从农业雇佣劳动力供给和需求的角度可以将战国秦汉农业雇佣关系发展的原因归纳为农业生产关系的变革、传统农业精耕细作技术体系的形成以及农业领域商品经济的发展。

In times of Warring Kingdoms and the Qin and the Han Dynasty, agricultural employment relation gained preliminary development. However, the agricultural employment relation at the time was not of close feudal personal attachment, but assumed many economic features. For instance, agricultural employment relation was es- tablished based on a mutual need for demand and supply, the realistic status of the employing and the employed dif- fered according the employer＇s place and the employment span, ployment payment. Considering agricultural development in times Dynasty, the reasons for development of agricultural employment and supply of employment, as evolution of agricultural productive and money was the main form of agricultural em- of Warring Kingdoms and the Qin and the Han relation can be generalized, in terms of demand relations, formation of technical system of inten- sive cultivation of traditional agriculture, and development of development of commodity economy in the field of ag- ricuhure.
