随着中国综合国力的不断增强,汉语走向国际化已是大势所趋。当前世界汉语教育面临汉语教师匮乏、优质汉语资源难以共享、教学手段与方式陈旧等问题,汉语教育改革迫在眉睫。在信息技术背景下,信息化汉语学习既是技术与汉语教育融合的必然,也是解决新形势下多元汉语教育需求的重要途径。通过对印尼国立311大学、菲律宾华商学院等9个国家和地区的120名汉语学习者实施问卷调查,结果发现:学生基本具备信息化汉语学习的条件,对信息技术的接受度较高,但在信息化学习中应用汉语资源的能力较差,汉语资源设计缺乏针对性,系统设计存在缺陷,影响了学生学习汉语的深度和积极性。为促进信息化世界汉语教育的均衡可持续发展,应充分借助现代信息技术的最新成果,重视汉语学习资源设计,构建多粒度、可重用、高可用性的数字化汉语资源,同时应加强培养国际学生的中文信息素养。

Along with the enhancement of China's comprehensive power,the internationalization of the Chinese language is an inevitable trend.The world Chinese education is currently impeded by the shortage of Chinese teachers,difficulties in sharing the high quality Chinese resources and the obsolescence of teaching means and methods,so it is urgent to reform it imminently.Under the background of information technology,E-learning is not only the inevitable result of the fusion of technology and Chinese education,but also an important way to satisfy the multiple demands of Chinese education in the new situation.A questionnaire survey was conducted among one hundred and twenty students from nine countries and regions,such as the Sebelas Maret University,the Hua Siong college of Iloilo,and the findings show that: students are already equipped with basic conditions for Chinese language E-learning,their acceptance of information technology is high,but their ability of using Chinese resources in E-learning is poor,the design of Chinese resources is of low pertinence,and there are some defects in system design.These factors are impeding the depth and motivation of the E-learners of Chinese.In order to promote the balanced and sustainable development of the worldwide E-education of Chinese,we should make good use of the latest achievements of modem information technology,emphasize on the design of the Chinese learning resources,build digital Chinese resources with multi-granularity,reusability and high availability,and meanwhile strengthen the training of international students' literacy of Chinese information.
