With the urban and rural integration accelerate the pace,endowment insurance of the urban and rural connection of system task is urgent.This paper introduces the urban and rural old-age insurance system convergence the importance,necessity and feasibility,and the interpretation of urban and rural old-age insurance system convergence of interim measures,finally find out the ＂ approach＂ and the loopholes in the brief analysis,put forward finally macroscopical countermeasures.
